Complaints and Feedback

Complaints and feedback from our patients is appreciated as we are always looking to improve our services. Complaints can be addressed to the Practice Manager preferably in written form. Feedback forms are available at the front desk or upon request. Management will assess complaints and feedback and appropriate action will be taken.

Complaints about doctors, nurses and allied health providers regarding the clinical care and treatment of an individual or their professional conduct can be made to the Health Complaints Commission by calling 1800 043 159. More information can be found at
